Invite-only access
Accounts are created only from an invitation issued by RepoRoutes or by an existing dealer or recovery agency on the platform. Invitations are single use and expire.
What RepoRoutes is
A record and dispatch system. RepoRoutes does not repossess vehicles, does not employ recovery agents, and is not a party to the agreement between a dealer and its agent.
Not legal advice
RepoRoutes is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Compliance prompts, clocks and generated documents are informational. Requirements change and vary — confirm your process with your own counsel.
Dealer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the account, vehicle and address information you send, for your right to repossess, and for the conduct of the agents you engage.
Agency responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the insurance you attest to, for recovering without breaching the peace, and for documenting condition and personal property accurately.
Fees
RepoRoutes is free for dealers and for the agents they bring. If service fees are introduced on platform-made introductions, they will be disclosed before they apply.
Suspension
We may suspend an account for misuse, for misrepresented insurance, or where continued access presents a risk to customers or other members.
