When do I pay a fee?
Only on a completed recovery with a suggested agent — one RepoRoutes matched you with. The fee applies to the recovery fee alone, never to storage, mileage, flatbed, after-hours or transport charges.
Is it only available in Texas?
RepoRoutes is nationwide. Our compliance workflow was built and proven in Texas first, and we are adding state-specific rules as we expand.

Does this replace my DMS?
No. RepoRoutes manages the repossession from order through closeout and keeps the recovery record. Your DMS remains the system of record for the account.
How is customer data protected?
